Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C
Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-low heat
Put in the garlic and onions, and cook them until they get soft
Put in the ground beef and cook it until it turns brown
Add corn, peas, and carrots and mix well
Bring it to a boil again
Put in tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper, along with the beef broth
