Pineapple Soy Chicken Thighs
A tasty mix of pineapple juice, soy sauce, and fragrant spices is used to marinate these juicy chicken thighs. The result is a dish that is tender and juicy with a hint of sweetness. Great for grilling and sure to please everyone
Ingredients:
- 6 chicken thighs
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Put garlic, brown sugar, ginger, soy sauce, and black pepper in a bowl
Add pineapple juice and whisk them together
Put the chicken thighs in a shallow dish or a plastic bag that can be closed again
Cover all of the chicken with the marinade by pouring it over it
Put it in the fridge for at least an hour, or overnight for the best taste, with the lid or seal on top
Warm the grill up to a medium-high level
Take the chicken out of the marinade and shake off the extra
Cook the chicken on the grill for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until its done and the juices run clear
If you want, you can serve it hot with chopped green onions and sesame seeds on top
