- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water

Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C

On a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper, put the pineapple chunks and cauliflower florets
Make sure the sauce covers all of the cauliflower and pineapple when you pour it over them
For 20 to 25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is soft and caramelized, roast it in an oven that has already been heated
Make a slurry with water and cornstarch in a small bowl
Put the pineapple and cauliflower that you roasted in a skillet over medium-low heat
Pour the cornstarch slurry over the cauliflower and pineapple
Keep stirring for about two to three minutes, or until the sauce thickens and sticks together
Before serving, top with chopped green onions and sesame seeds
