Homemade Soy Yogurt
This homemade soy yogurt recipe is a delicious and dairy-free alternative to traditional yogurt. With just two ingredients, its easy to make and perfect for vegans or anyone looking to reduce their dairy intake.
Ingredients:
- 4 cups soy milk
- 2 tablespoons soy yogurt as a starter
Instructions:
To get the soy milk to 110F 43C, heat it in a saucepan
Take it off the heat and let it cool down to about 43F 110C
Add the soy yogurt and mix it in
Put the mixture in a glass jar that has been cleaned
Cover the jar with plastic wrap or the lid
In a warm place, like an oven with the light on or a warm corner of your kitchen, put the cup
Leave it alone for 8 to 12 hours so it can ferment and get thicker
Put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving after it has thickened
