Keto Buttermilk Fried Chicken Tenders
Enjoy the crispy goodness of fried chicken tenders without the guilt These keto-friendly tenders are coated in a flavorful almond flour mixture and fried to perfection.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying avocado oil recommended
Instructions:
Put garlic powder, paprika, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix them together
Put the buttermilk into a different bowl
After dipping each chicken tender in the buttermilk, cover it all over with the almond flour mix
Set a pan on medium heat and add the oil
When the oil is hot, add the chicken tenders that have been coated
Each side should be cooked for four to five minutes, or until golden brown and done
Take it out of the pan and put it on a plate lined with paper towels to drain the extra oil
