Ingredients:
- 3 lbs beef chuck roast
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Season the beef chuck roast with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning
In a bowl, mix beef broth, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and minced garlic
Pour the mixture over the seasoned beef in the Instant Pot
Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 60 minutes
