Ingredients:
- 1 block tofu, pressed and cut into fries
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions:
Set oven temperature to 400F 200C
Tofu fries should be evenly coated after being tossed in a bowl with cornstarch, olive oil, salt, and pepper
Place the tofu fries in a single layer on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper
Bake until crispy and golden brown, stirring halfway through, 25 to 30 minutes
Put the rice vinegar, honey, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and Sriracha sauce in a small saucepan
Cook for five minutes on low heat, stirring now and then
Present the spicily spicy Sriracha dipping sauce alongside the baked tofu fries, topped with sliced green onions
