Chocolate Mint Affogato

Enjoy the rich and creamy flavors of this Chocolate Mint Affogato. When you mix hot espresso with smooth chocolate ice cream and a hint of mint, you get a delicious dessert or coffee treat thats great for any event.

Ingredients:
  • 1 shot of espresso
  • 1 scoop of chocolate ice cream
  • 1 tablespoon of chocolate syrup
  • 1 sprig of fresh mint leaves
  • Whipped cream optional
  • Chocolate shavings optional

Instructions:

Use your espresso machine or moka pot to make a shot of espresso

Fill a bowl or glass with ice cream and add a scoop of chocolate ice cream

Coffee shot should be poured over chocolate ice cream

Put one tablespoon of chocolate syrup on top of the espresso and ice cream

Mix the flavors together by stirring the mixture slowly

For a fresh minty smell, add a sprig of fresh mint leaves

If you want, you can add whipped cream and chocolate shavings on top

Serve your delicious Chocolate Mint Affogato right away and enjoy it
